Our Commitment
Actumo is committed to ensuring that our platform is accessible to all users, including those with disabilities. We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA standards, as published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C).
Current Accessibility Features
- Text contrast ratios meeting WCAG AA standards (minimum 4.5:1 for body text)
- Keyboard-navigable interface
- Semantic HTML with appropriate heading structure
- ARIA labels on interactive components
- Mobile-responsive design usable at 200% zoom
- No content that flashes more than 3 times per second
- Focus indicators on all interactive elements
- Alt text on informational images
Known Limitations
We are aware of the following areas where we continue to improve:
- Some third-party embedded components (authentication, payment) may not fully conform to WCAG 2.1 AA
- Settlement data sourced from external sites may not meet our accessibility standards when viewed at the source
- PDF documents linked from settlement administrator sites are outside our control
