Your Rights Under the CCPA
If you are a California resident, you have the right under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA) to:
- Know what personal information we collect about you
- Know whether your personal information is sold, disclosed, or shared, and to whom
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information
- Request deletion of your personal information
- Request correction of inaccurate personal information
- Not be discriminated against for exercising any of your privacy rights
- Limit the use of sensitive personal information
Do We Sell Your Data?
Actumo does not sell your personal information to third parties in exchange for money. However, we may share certain data with advertising partners, analytics providers, and affiliate networks in ways that may constitute "sharing" under California law.
Categories of personal information that may be shared include: identifiers (email, IP address), internet activity (pages visited, settlements viewed), and inferences drawn from your usage.
How to Opt Out
To opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information, you can:
- Email us at privacy@actumo.com with the subject line "CCPA Opt-Out"
- Delete your account from your account settings, which removes all associated data
- Use a browser with a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal enabled — we honor GPC signals
We will respond to your request within 15 business days. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your opt-out rights.
Requesting Deletion or Access
To request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, email privacy@actumo.com. We may need to verify your identity before processing the request. Deletion requests will be processed within 45 days.
Authorized Agent
You may designate an authorized agent to submit requests on your behalf. The agent must provide written authorization signed by you, and we may verify your identity directly.
