What Actumo Does

Actumo aggregates publicly available information about class action settlements to help consumers discover settlements they may be eligible for. We do not provide legal advice, represent you in any legal matter, or guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any settlement information displayed.

Your Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for verifying eligibility and deadlines directly with the settlement administrator before filing any claim.
  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
  • You may not use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
  • You may not scrape, copy, or redistribute settlement data from Actumo without written permission.

No Legal Advice

Nothing on Actumo constitutes legal advice. Settlement eligibility, deadlines, and payout amounts change and may not be current. Always verify information directly with the official settlement website or a licensed attorney before taking action.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zocron LLC and Actumo are not liable for any missed claim deadlines, inaccurate settlement information, or any damages arising from your use of the Service. The Service is provided "as is" without any warranty of any kind.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
